However, Medium and High Complexity issues may necessitate further analysis, potentially associated with fees. Yes, Piccosupport is a business unit of Piccosoft Software Labs India (P) Limited, a registered Private Limited Company under the Company's Act of India.
The process is simple! You can submit a support ticket on ‘Piccosupport’ at https://www.piccosupport.com/issues-fixing-support and create an account on the Portal. Once you've raised a ticket, one of our representatives will reach out to you.
When you raise a ticket, you're reporting a bug or issue in your web or mobile application. Our team will analyze your issue, assess its severity, complexity, and potential fixes, and then provide estimated timeframes for resolving them.
After you raise a ticket and provide us the code that needs to be fixed, Piccosupport shall use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage code changes. All the code modifications will be done there to fix the issues in your code.
The timeframe for resolving issues depends on the complexity and severity of the issues. Showstopper and critical issues will receive immediate attention.
Once we agree on the terms for fixing your issues, we will assign a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) who will maintain regular communication with you throughout the issue resolving process, providing updates and delivering your bug-free application.

Our team is available from Monday to Friday between 10 AM and 8 PM IST. However, for critical issues, we can adjust our working hours to match your time zone and working days according to your schedule.
After we've completed the work of fixing your issues, we will demonstrate a bug-free working application. Upon your satisfaction and sign-off, we provide a minimum 6-month warranty for the specific code we've fixed. This warranty does not apply if the code was modified by your team or any third party.
Our primary objective is to resolve the bugs in your application. You can make a payment once you are satisfied with your bug-free application. After we present a demo of the bug-free application and receive your sign-off, you can pay the agreed amount.
Payment should be made to our bank account, and an 18% GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be applicable.
